The gun on Blue Thunder was very cool but when you actually look at the helicopter underneath it is simply outclassed by Airwolf. Faster (jet propelled auto-gyro mode), better armed (rockets and guns), better avionics and hides in it's own mountain with it's own cool theme tune which playes whenever it comes out.
Blue thunder was the daddy. Airwolf would have it's stone wash jeans kicked.
Firefox would take them both.
And Streethawk would easily outgun Knightrider.
Leaving you a final showdown between Firefox and Streethawk
Streethawk would nail them both!

I would say Airwolf - however if Murdoch from the A-Team were to fly Blue Thunder, then I'd say Blue Thunder hands down.
Even with Airwolf's slightly camp crew, blue thunder's pilot would be too busy bragging about that time he went up against a big shark, and if A team flew blue thunder it wouldnt hit anything, so obviously airwolf FTW.
And I always thought streethawk would get splatted as he jumped out of their secret base, right into the side of a truck...

I reckon MacGyver and a shed full of bits and pieces would be easily able to beat them.

But curse you, GrahamS, now I have the theme tune to Defenders of the Earth stuck in my head. Going to have to listen to the Jace and the Wheeled Warriors theme tune on loop, it's the only cure!*
