Well day 3 of the holidays is exciting.

Been keeping pretty fit, lots of sufferfest and 5miles slogs (slow jog) decided to break my own rules on Wednesday and travelled more than 5 miles (Scotland) and play on some steeper stuff. All good followed by a 5mile run yesterday.

Last night shooting left arm pain, this morning sore chest, shortness of breath. A riding buddy visited this morning in his white van with blue flashy lights. Now sitting waiting for bloods and cheat x-ray results and shitting myself. Paramedic looked at his results and went with fit as a fiddle. I'm hoping it's just wind.

Well done on treating it seriously fella. You are in the right place for sure. Hopefully it is nothing, but even if it is you shouldn't be leaving there until you are fixed up as good a s new.

Things seem fine, been sent home. The bloods are good bar an elevated cholesterol.
Possibly gastric or stress/anxiety related.
