Coughing over last week and a bit has become no coughing but slightly stiff knees and head cold plus hot flushes.
Where to these virus things come from...apart from colleagues and a/c equipped large office building....
I have MTFU and been on my bike, but getting a bit fed up - although I know it's minor in comparison to some issues.
The joys of Paracetamol - got to love them and lots of water.
