I just packed a box of stuff to send to Australia and phoned Fedex to get a collection
and less than 5 mins from me putting the phone down the van pulls up outside now that is what I call service
they're clearly stalking you 🙂
What you negate to say is you live in a FedEx depot. So in fact it is fairly shoddy service.
On a sidenote, whoever designed FedEx's logo really should get a gerzillion quid every day. It is just smashing.

I once ordered a CD from Play at about 2am (cos I'd stumbled in pished and it seemed a good idea at the time.)
When I surfaced the next day (up at the crack of noon), it was behind the door waiting for me. I was suitably impressed, once I'd worked out where the hell it'd come from. (-:
yeah, I ordered something from Rapha on the 23rd of December, and it arrived here in Beijing on the 25th.
Service from both, I was not expecting.
