I managed to drop my blackberry and the screen is now, well blank, I stupidly haven't got phone insurance. I was wondering whether there was any chance of getting it changed/repaired by Orange or do I not stand a chance? Any experience of returning phones and them actually being sympathetic or shall i just write it off and wait 5 months for my upgrade? Tips welcome!

I dropped my 8320 curve and broke the screen. Bought a replacement on eBay which included tools and fitted in minutes.

ah hadn't thought of tha it's just wht, but the screen is cracked it still lights up, it's just white?

Mine had a lightning bolt like crack across the screen. Replacement was under20 quid tho
