My wife & kids are on the Portsmouth to St Malo evening ferry...10 hours overnight 😯 Can't imagine its going to be a very pleasant night 🙁

@nuke - done the Caen crossing in really bad weather and couldn't dock but all was OK

Just had a call out due to 80+ gusts in Portsmouth
Watching laminated glass units flexing by 30 odd mm is "interesting"......

Flippin' windy. Just leant out the window to feel it (fairly lively!), just in time to see the bin go flying. Surprised it had'nt flown off an hour ago.

I've just driven past the aftermath of a massive block of masonry falling onto a car in High Holborn, London.

It didn't look good for the driver and the other passengers were trapped.

Not good.

hadn't got round to sorting the bust fence from a few weeks back, i.e. finding out who owns it, now the other fence has failed, ho hum, i guess i must be responsible for one of them.
