Does look like a white-crowned sparrow. Assuming it's in the UK, it's rare; mention it on a twitching forum and there'll be hordes looking for it.

I am in the UK, but I think it's just a stock image that has been used (in error) to promote some work to put in some Tree Sparrow boxes.
