There's often heated debate on here about osteopath vs chiropractor vs physio. Where do biomechanists fit in to all this?

Quacks like the other three. Especially the first two.

I had too google what one is, but from the look of it I wouldn't place them in the same category as the first three, as they don't appear to be offering treatments.
I think they've all got good advice to offer, however they all concentrate on whatever philosophy they've been schooled in, so it always seems sensible to try and take a more holistic overview of things.
