Hi All,
This may have been addressed previously. I’m looking to buy a cassette from BikeINN in Spain. On their site they state I won’t be charged any extra by British Customs etc.
Does anyone have any recent experience buying from BikeINN? Will I be charged extra?
Thanks in advance.
Dan

You won't be charged extra.

They have a warehouse/operation in the UK and seem to ship via there.

I think returns are a bit more of a faff as they do need to go straight back to Spain rather than his the UK operation.

If it's under £135 inc delivery all taxes and duty should be pre-paid.

Bumping this thread rather than start a new one...

Anybody ordered from Bikeinn recently? - they seem to have good prices on tyres so might give them a try

Yes, plenty people have ordered from them...the price you see on the site is what you pay...delivery can range from a few days to a couple of weeks.

They're legit, just a little slow sometimes (even here in Spain). Never had to return anything / use their warranty service which is where I hear the problems can occur.

Ordered something maybe 10 days ago, took about 6 days to get here, no extra costs.

I got something from their sister Co TrekINN earlier this year.

Similar to other comments, probably took 6 or 7 days to be delivered, but absolutely no problem- it was about €100 so didn't exceed the €135 threshold so didn't get stiffed for extra UK taxes (remember it's a tax imposed by the UK Gov on you !)

Use them loads.

Price you see is the price you pay, no added taxes. Never had an issue, always great prices, massive stocks of some really useful stuff sometimes.
