What is the surface like from B6054 - A621 on the diagonal track across the moor? is it buggy friendly?

What do you mean by "buggy"?
The first bit from the B6054 to the tarmac drive that goes to the Eastern Moors office is a mix of slightly bumpy grass and sections of gravel singletrack dumped across the boggy bits.
The second bit down Barbrook Valley to the A621 is 4x4 width but multi-rut (none very deep).
It all gets very splashy in winter. Although not especially claggy.
