Anyone know where I could source a couple of these? The concealed brackets have sheared off. My web searches have failed!

I have exactly the same problem - found your question while I was searching for the answer 🙂
I eventually found the company that makes these fittings here: http://www.kelvinkbb.com/ - they do spares if you give them a ring.
