ITV 4 are going to be showing the TdF live every day for the first time.

What's the best way of watching it over the internet (i.e. at work)

don't they beroadcast it live from their own site? Seem to remember this from last year?

if not [url= http://www.cyclingfans.com/ ]http://www.cyclingfans.com/[/url] always post up links to live feeds (often English) each day on all the major tours.
