It's only Tuesday but cabin fever is kicking in and I really...desperately need to get out and ride.

What's the best/most believable excuse you've used to slack work? Has to be something that takes a whole day but leaves no trace!

On a lighter note, wasp sting to the toe could work. Leaves no mark but makes it impossible to drive.
