Your specs are a bit vague. Are you pushing the limits of AutoCAD or just doing a bit of 2d? Do you just need a PC or a whole package? A good mouse and screen makes quite a difference.

whole package with a good screen ideally 24" and I would like to be well over the limit's of cad
