Having moved into a nearby area I have been trying to connect with BOB (Berks on Bikes) to join them in Swinley Forest for riding.
Do they exist anymore as I have heard zero from any emails or their message page? Or any members here online to help? They seem to have a FB page but that’s also exclusive to get into.
Alternatively, if they A) Don’t exist. B) Feel I am not worthy (maybe my bike collection not deemed posh enough for the south, coming from Shropshire :)), Any other MTB clubs recommended for the Berks / Reading area….

I ride with Tunnel Hill Trolls about once a year (as I'm not local) and they seem like a great bunch.
A chap who frequents the shop I used to work in rides with them so they must be doing something. Reading's Cycling UK of road group head out a couple of times a week. If you fancy some company on a ride, I'm in Reading and head out on the local trails most weekends.

Im a BOB member and ride very Regularly with them week in week out . We rode last night around Swinley and surrounding trails , great fun . We have rides in the week and weekends for different Abilities! I normally ride and lead the Saturday am ride and head over to the army land trails if that’s your thing . We also do chilterns in the summer . We are a great bunch of bikers who enjoy cycling . You could PM me if your interested. I’ll ask what’s going on with the emails .

Bonkers. I moved to Reading 15 odd years ago, I'm sure I pinged a message at some email address or another from a website and heard nothing back so assumed BOB was defunct...
But They've been going this whole time?
