Wouldn't putting oil or wax on your beard just give you a horrible greasy feeling face?

I get dry skin in winter and use some Nivea stuff out of a blue tin which doesn't feel greasy. You can probably get it from Boots I would think.

don't wash it with shampoo and the natural oils in your face keep it in check. just give it a comb to get any crumbs/ spiders out.

If it's just to keep it in shape and prevent stray pube like out shoots, I just rub in a small smear of a soft hair wax.

But I use a small trimmer when the beard is dry and purposely fluffed out with a comb to take care of general shaping.
