Watch the programme - her life has been turned into a nightmare. Most people see gender simply as a bipolar issue - it isn't and being in that position is absolutely dreadful.

I was recently reading a book about the art of curling and prepping the ice for a perfect curl.

Yeah, I guess winning a race, when everyone is saying around you that you won unfairly - that would make me feel good.

Assuming her blood serum testosterone levels are below about 4 nmol/l then, believe me, she'll have very little in the way of "unfair advantage" as you put it.

To have the World questioning publicly something so fundamental about our lives is horrible.

Of course, I could be wrong - what do I know???
