Hmm i had a similar problem

You need to free up the ports by syncing 80 and 45. Assuming of course that you have already reconfigured the ADM multiplexer after the initial sync command.

Or something like that.

It's the new, efficient TV Licencing detector vans.
You'll get them back once the Direct Debit goes through.

give it another scan. It took a couple of runs through after I'd lost beeb2 on a recent retune

Have tried a number of times without success. The other freeview tv's in the house are sorted so this is a strange one

There's a chance the tuner isn't compatible with the new frequencies. I had to throw a box away a couple of years ago. It was very old though, I'd have thought anything fairly recent would be fine.

Try tuning it in on another aerial point in the house. The Bbc carrier may be low on that one.

Look up your transmitter here - http://www.ukfree.tv/transmitters.php - see if others are having similar issues.

Before you chuck it in the bin it may be worth ringing the helpline number and speaking to the technical dept.
They may be able to talk you through an engineers factory reset rather than just the one appears on the TV menu.
Some manufacturers have this facility some don't , but worth a shot.
