Will a 10.8v Li Ion 1.5ah battery charge ok in a charger for the same battery but a 1.3ah version?
It's for a small power tool.

yes, so long as the charger is designed for that battery
not all 10.8 batteries seem to have the same plastic housing, some have all sorts of weird tabs and groove to stop say bosch batteries being used in makita drills
