Has any one fitted any small leds into the bathpanel ? I'm just thinking a bit of bling bling/lights for a midnight wee .
I know they are pretty strict with bathrooms and are zoned. I'm not sure if I could get battery powered to a small switch ? Or low voltage with a transformer outside the room? If it's a major pita I'll just wee in the dark

There isn't after the transformer, there sure as hell is before it!
That said so long as you get some that are IP rated for bathrooms and you're happy enough wiring them in I'd say go for it

Shirley a set of outdoor LED lights would work? Obviously you need a power supply to plug them into, but the cable is likely to only carry 12v anyway.
I have a string of white Christmas led lights round the kitchen window that are on all the time, they’re perfect when coming home in the dark because the kitchen door faces the front door and hallway, so you can always see where you’re going.
A battery powered motion controlled light under a shelf would probably be a better option, though.
We use decking lights when customers want them, 20mm dia and IP68 rated.
