It I did that every time I failed to get up a hill, I'd be requiring 4 new helmets for any ride over 5 miles

aye, it reminded me of a few folk I've seen on a golf course (the chap that put over 15 balls in the same lake off the tee springs too mind 🙂 it was a sunday a par 3 with quite an audience by the end, the whole bag ended up in the water)

I remember (years ago) chucking my bike in some hedges and hurling abuse at it after a bout of perpetual chain suck.
If he'd put half as much effort into his riding that he did into being a potty-mouthed toddler, he's have been up that hill no problem.
