Happy to recommend more to do in Barcelona if you like, I spend a little too much time there sometimes!

Mrs BigJohn & I did one a couple of years ago then we hired bikes for the rest of the stay. I don't think it matters which one you do. Bikes shrink the city and it's all great. Except I really hated that bloody church that everyone raves about. Hire a decent project manager and you'd have it finished in 18 months. (Without the tinkerings of the Castillian Mafia, that is)

Cheers, aye idea is just to get to know the city, think better to go on a tour firstly rather than just hire a bike and wander aimlessly myself, think this will be a quicker way to get my bearings.

I'm just heading out myself, I'd a few days to spare and I thought why not go for a wee wander round barcelona for a couple of days, see if I actually remember any spanish from classes I went to a few years ago!

So any other recommendations for things to do are welcome. 🙂
