Just saw on Reporting Scotland that archeologists are digging to find the exact location on the Battle of Bannockburn, in time for the 700th anniversary. Does anyone else think not much will happen until a couple of weeks before the independence referendum? Indiana Salmond will then turn up whip in hand and singlehandedly uncover the shards of Robert the Bruce's sword.

I had a chuckle as well 😀 And its probably not too far from the truth either is it?
I do admire Salmond for his approach to the "Yes" campaign - very canny.
