I know some parts of Latin America are a bit lawless but that's almost a movie plot.
Boobie traps and hostage's tied to the roofs of the getaway cars
Makes a sawn-off shotgun shound almost quaint.

It's almost as if they watched the film heat. It must have been horrific for the hostage's and that guy just riding along on his bike (bit grim)
