I wasn't that interested as the Season 7 stuff with them I didn't like, my boy however was super excited. It's actually made a really good start!

Quite liked that, animation was good, didn't think I would for the same reasons you mentioned.

The Disney money is really showing, the animation quality is up there with the tail end of Clone Wars. I love how the rendering looks like it's been painted, visible brush strokes in a lot of the textures.

Me too, it was good to see Kanan and Saw but other than that, not so impressive. We'll have to wait and see, both Clone Wars and Rebels started off a bit meh.

I just watched the D squad story arc with the kids as part of their May 4th party. The explosion of the rhydonium at the end is one of my favourite scenes.
