Dales Bike Centre is technically in Fremington but as you can see it over the river from Reeth yeah go there.

I didn't know it could be a criticism.

It’s good because you can get cake after the excellent bacon butty they’ll serve you.

Or have the cake whilst the bacon is freshly cooked for you (speaking from experience)

Is the Dales Bike Centre normally decent as the bacon and sausage butty I had there at last years Ard Rock was dreadful? 1 sausage and 1 piece of bacon on 2 slices of bread for about £4.

I think you have the answer.

Hard to find a decent bacon sandwich. There's bacon, and there's bacon, and many small cafes are buying cheap stuff, packed out with water and nitrates.
So what you can get is something thats dry and unpalatable.
Few it appears wil do a dry cure bacon, just those cheap 5lb multipacks.

Give me a nice Polish thin cut every time.
(I use to work in a bacon factory)

Needless to say we went to the DBC. After all this we had a Mars Brookie and not a butty! Dear Lord it was sublime. What a set up that place is!
