So the back went for the second time in less than a year on Christmas Day in the afternoon [NOT lumbar or sciatic nerve-related; just muscular]. It was excruciating, and the acute pain took about two full days to let up.
The thing is, I am still unable to put my own socks on without great difficulty, more than a week later.
When I have had flare-ups in the past, it never lasted as long.
Is there anything I can do, other than to keep taking my NSAIDs and concentrating on my core muscles?
Sympathy welcome.
