Saw this on snowheads and it's humbling stuff. It's a pretty long video and if you can't bear to sit through the whole 10 mins watch the avalanche from the start then skip to 7.40 to see the slides he was setting off and ignored! One very lucky fella, and an interesting camera perspective.

Jesus, you win with that first one! 😯 It's terrifying, gives me the shivers! That shot where the light comes through though is pretty inspirational though. Yet another lucky fella.
