[Closed] Auto Electricians

I''m having some real issues with the electrics in my old Seat Ibiza. Basically the battery keeps draining for no reason, and the windows randomly open, usually when I'm trying to unlock the car, but sometimes when I'm no where near it whatsoever.

I'm thinking calling an auto electrician would be a better approach than taking it to the garage. Whats a standard hourly rate for one of these guys does anyone know? And does that sound like a big job, or just a bit of jiggery pokery with the fuse box?
