Or just order your plates from outside the UK, perfectly legal. Anyone that thinks that the current law stops crims getting dodgy plates made must be soft in the head.

The city had a dedicated graffiti removal crew. One day, he tagged their truck!

I was talking to someone who used to work in a garage. They used to do this kind of thing, somewhere near Stevenage IIRC.
