On sunny days I find that bright headlamps make it harder to judge the speed of an approaching vehicle. It also makes vehicles harder to spot against light backgrounds (eg when cresting a hill with the Sun behind). (In WWII, the RAF apparently experimented with lights on the leading edges of wings to make 'planes harder to spot in daylight.)
I'm all for lighting up in dull conditions, but continuous DRLs seem a bit daft to me.
If I could afford a new Audi,I'd buy a FordFiatVauaxhallHyudai and waste the money that I'd saved on more pushbikes..
