[Closed] Attn STW pro-photogs - a what to do / charge question......

So, few months ago I did a small commercial shoot for a local magazine - background story shots covering an interview with local author Joanne Harris (of Chocolat fame).

I've just had an e-mail from the Moscow edition of Time Out requesting Hi-res shots of the ones Joanne blogged (Ms Harris's PA confirms is legit - that she is off to Moscow, promoting her new book)

Question is, what to charge - is there a std industry rate, for example.... if so, how to go about managing an invoice to Moscow!!
