Hi Folks - i'm looking for the impossible - an easy to use machine for the preparation of a quality cup of coffee 8O- the 'snag' is it has to be used at my new studio so quality coffee without pfaffage is key. ie - I wont be taking the baby Gaggia with me from home as talking to clients whilst frothing a coffee just is not an option.......
Nespresso machines were a thought but they're only espresso shots so, given I have no capacity to warm milk, i'm not too sure they are a sensible option - short of dropping 2 into one cup and topping off with milk 😆
Any other suggestions please?
