Hard not to feel some sympathy for McKinnon as he's such a tragic specimen. Playing the aspergers card though is an insult.
notably neither can really describe themselves as hackers. McK just accessed unsecured systems (i.e no password) rather than any "breaking in". Ryan C (Viral) has been well known ddos idiot for ages. Again, no hacking just making a nuisance using other peoples software.

You know, I think there's probably a very lucrative jobs market for people who can diagnose Asperger's Syndrome (or lack of) just by looking at footage of a person being led from a police van to a courtroom.
