Rick Steins Far Eastern Odessey.

Superb recipes from all over the region.

Charmaine Solomon's Asian cookbook is the best I have found, we have been using it for 20 years. It is probably out of print now, but you should be able to find a copy on the net.

Try and get Charles Phan's book from the Slanted Door in San Francisco, you won't go wrong with it.

+1 for Rick Stein. Made many recipes from that book, some of the best for me are the Vietnamese dishes and the salads!
