Hi all,
Anyone have any experience of building a MAME cab?
I'm going to be 'optimising' it for Defender, and I'd really love to have something that looks and feels like the original 2-way joystick, for up and down. Is this possible?

At a guess (it doesn't go into too much detail) I'd say he's used a standard 8-way stick (which you can get from somewhere like arcade world uk) and restricted the movement of the shaft.
What are you using to run your cab / have you got any plans for how you're going to connect it all up? Just curious; thinking about doing something similar myself at some point...
