Sorry OP it's an obvious fake. As per Guardian article most countries have a limit on the amount of coins you can use as "legal tender" also in these sorts of law suits the method and location of payment are specified, ie pay $1bn by wire transfer to bank x account y. As an aside Samsung got the award challenged, it now stands around $400m. You can follow the sorry on MacRumors (American spelling)
