We have a problem with the connector for charging my Dad's iPhone, so I as the technically astute member of the family have been tasked with dealing with Apple to get it fixed.
All I can say is..... WOW... how good is Apple service! Incredible! Quick, efficient, professional. I am very impressed.

I've only ever had one problem (& that was my fault), I bought an Itunes track I already had/didn't want & they were spot on, money back (99p, wow) in a jiffy.
