I'm being offered 6 months of free Apple music by EE, apparently. So far I've only used Amazon Prime Music. How does Apple compare? How does it work on Android in a non-Apple household?

I've used it since it came out, its great. I have it on my personal phone which an iPhone and my work samsung. Works the same on both.

I'm struggling to find any negatives to say about it really apart from the fact that if you have a playlist on you can't see what songs have alreday played as you could in previous versions.

I've also used deezer and spotify but apple music is just so much better looking, as in deezer and spotify look like a kid designed them in their bedroom, apple looks like they employed a team of professionals 🙂

Hmm. I ditched Apple Music as it was such a pain to use. Could have been because I'd already figured out Spotify though, so perhaps not the same as someone coming new to both apps.

Apple Music here moved from Spotify as I Apple had more choice, was easier to use. I find Amazon clumsy but it's currently working Ok with the Echo but I'm tempted to go back to Spotify stream for he Echo.

Used Apple Music here for a long time. It just seems to do what I want - which is mainly listening to music.

There’s not much in the way of sharing playlists and all that stuff. Don’t miss it.

I've used Spotify for years but tried Apple Music a while back.

It wasn't noticably better and to my ears songs downloaded to my phone sounded noticably worse than those on Spotify (at Extreme quality). And I couldn't see a way to change the quality of downloaded music on Apple Music.

I'm still with Spotify.
