Hi,
I have an issue with Apple mail constantly putting emails from an important contact into junk.
I keep marking them as 'not junk', moving them to the inbox, the sender is in my contacts & I've even added them to my VIP list. Mail preferences have been set to allow from contacts/previously received/full name too.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Who is your email provider? Is it a setting within that account rather than the Apple Mail app?
It's on a Yahoo account - if I log into that they're sitting in my inbox without issue.
Have a look at the full headers of the emails (view>message>full headers) and see if theres anything there that is flagging the messages as junk

Try rebuilding the mailbox after you've done that (mailbox>rebuild)
If that doesn't work just take the hint. Apple just doesn't think you should hang out with that guy.
As much as I like Apple, their mail clients are atrocious. Use something like Spark instead.

Use that, then?
Rebuild seems to have fixed it - thanks.
