Yes - saw that. He also looks like he's losing his hair....

I have to say, given that they're talking about Webber going through turn 8 flat, it looks like being another tedious weekend....

I'm watching on sky plus, fast forwarded through that bit. Might rewind now!
I've always loved this track, doesn't produce great racing but i'd love to drive it.

I wish bernie would f off and take the damn rule book with him.
Why was Schumi punished so badly (Monaco)? why not just place him back to the position he was in before the dubious last restart of the race ?

Ecclestone is the boss of FOM not the FIA, he doesn't have anything to do with the rules - it's Jean Todt you want to be wingeing about

Didnt see qualifying, but not overly suprised to see a RB on pole.

Might watch tomorrows race but I have a feeling it will be another dull "race".

Nice to see Kobayashi in the top 10, hopefully he might manage a finish this time.

Likeable bloke, but I find him a bit boring as a driver.

A bit like Button in that if he starts on the front he can drive to victory. Seems unwilling or unable to get stuck in and make progress up the field if he starts further back. Hopefully Hamilton or Vettel will give him a run for his money. 🙂

ok rephrase - I wish bernie would steal the FIA rule book and then f off..... How many rules can a sport have? the only race is by the stewards running to the rule book every 5 mins - maybe that ought be the televised bit..?

You mean the first handfull of races. He kinda went alittle mediocre after those races. Hardly put his stamp allover the races huh.

Good to see you know as little about F1 as you do about bikes Hora...

Brazil was a good example but there was plenty through the season when he was struggling and qualifying badly.

Ones a Journeyman with millions thrown at him over many years.

Another is raw undulated talent that is rampant and pure value for money in his short time in F1.

So it seems I know more about both than you.

Yes, I'm a fan of Button for his smooth driving style, but I don't think overtaking is his strong point.

Brazil was the only race where he got stuck in and even so, 14th to 5th is not amazing. In the early races his car was seconds ahead of the competition.

In fact in that race, Lewis started in 17th ended in 3rd and Vettel started in 15th ended in 4th.

I thought that, even standing on the top step. Button and webber are handicaped, thats got to be 0.05sec per lap advantage for lewis

mtt, did you see Button pass Hamilton then Hamilton pass Button?

Button is known as a smooth driver. Hamilton is a wheel to wheel aggressive driver. I know I'm admittedly a big Hamilton fan. He's British and bloody good to watch 😀

Damo was too much like Button in certain ways...although Damon was a bloody good test driver and developer no?

Team orders for Maclaren was to be careful with fuel for both vehicles hence running slower. Button tried to pull an fast one simple you can clearly see that, you can clearly see Hamilton is the better driver anyway.

hora button could have forced the issued in turn 1 and that would have ended up like the red bulls.
