We will be in touch
The mrs loved the £40 lidl inflatable kayak I bought in the summer, being a fairly proficient paddler, so was thinking of getting her something better for xmas. Any other recommendations or would this be ok for rivers, lakes and just off shore in calm waters. Needs to be an inflatable one.
My wife has the Advanced Frame kayak and she loves it.
I've used it a few times and it's an amazing bit of kit. Mainly used in the sea (calm days) and on lakes and lochs.
Don't really have much more to add, it does exactly what it's supposed too, its stable and very solid for a blow up boat.
The only downsides are having to dry it after use, and there's not allot of space inside for storing things, enough space for a small bag with camera etc.
She's now looking at much bigger rigid sea kayaks after deciding she enjoys it that much. Just need to find the space to store one.
Let me know if you've any questions on it, I'll ask her or have a look for you.
Ski78 Cheers for that
Looks like it's a goer then. We need something we can chuck in the back of a hire car at our place in Ireland so I hope drying would not be to much of a problem as we have a few outbuildings we can store it in after use.
