Sold something on here. Paid like £12 for I thought an insured/signed for package that has since disappeared. I got no receipt of collection, the log on the website makes little sense and I can't seem to find anywhere that breakdowns what I paid for. Buyer has been in comms with the local depot who are as useful as anne franks drum kit. Put a loss claim in motion so just waiting to hear back. I'd rather they find the damn package than send compensation.

Oh god, MyHermes? I wouldn't send anything more valuable or more fragile than a (cheap) bike tyre by them.

In any case, a bike tyre is just about the only object in existence that isn't excluded from their compensation when (not if) they inevitably lose it or somehow manage to damage it.

I've sent lots of stuff with them without problem.

Then I send a bike £100 underinsured (their max) and guess what?

They did pay out the £250 + post no hassle though.
