Colleague gave me a 'free box' code for Graze. Just registered and get a box of healthy snacks this Thursday. Looks good, anyone use them?

Yeah, twice a week - love the variety which I wouldn't get if I chose the cheaper option of assembling the same kind of thing myself

So how much do you get in a box as it's hard to tell really. Is one days lunch?

It's decent lunch for me, unless I get a couple of packs of seeds

Used them for a few months, some stuff is gorgeous, other stuff makes you wonder if you're getting value for money.

Nice as an office nibble to keep away the biscuits.

I only stopped because I figured I could buy similar stuff from the local wholefood shop and stick some money in the local community. Plus they do a cracking flapjack, and some local beers 😉

Most of it wouldn't fall into the idave diet, being sugar coated or chocolate-covered. 🙂

It's pretty easy to customise your choices to soil, grass and twigs...

As long as it stops being being tempted by greggs sausage rolls or something from the sweet machine then it'll do for me. I usually make my own fruit and nut bars but just don't seem to have time recently. This should do as a good substitute.

But it's the chocolate covered ones that I like so much (and the reason I've now cancelled it lol). Soil and twigs just don't cut the mustard!

i just pick up a big bag of apples and a "insert group name for " bananas on a monday morning

usually lasts me all week

how ever i have recently sat down and worked out my calorie intake (since i have decreased appitite since i stopped training and just riding when i feel like it ) and im only eating circa 1700 - thatll be why im tired alot then despite getting 8 hrs minimum sleep

so i suspect ill be coming off the apple and banana diet shortly 😉
