My fibre has been on/ off since last Sunday. Sometimes super-fast and then not loading pages, hanging up with 1/4 or 1/5 of a page loaded. It's been like it a week nearly now.

Got an engineer this morning. Line test had bridge tap but checked internal wiring etc and tested socket and all good. Bt guys gear tested at max upload/ download speeds and all good.

After he left the fault occurred again. Got him back, tested line, all good on his gear. I've tried 2 zyxel routers, one which was out of the box and the problem came back intermittently. Jl (plusnet) tell me to test with network cable not wifi and problem is still occurring.

I can't even get on the jl or plusnet websites now even from 4g. Does anyone know if something's up?

Frustrated.

Plusnet down twice last week for us (Strathspey). Seems fine now, but I know this was BT exchange work, so maybe they moved elsewhere.

Force9 (Plusnet) here - was offline a few times over night last Saturday and Sunday, believe it was due to maintenance - been fine since

Daft but have you changed the WiFi channel on your router? That fixed a similar issue with ours?
