An itch that needs scratching. I'm not talking about 50 quid ebay fancy dress costumes. I need advice on where to look for a good one 😀

If you want advice get in touch with the 501st uk garrison! They don't sell costumes but they can advise on making one, that will be screen accurate!

I think following the force awakens there is a us company selling replica storm trooper outfits from TFA or kits which you can then adjust to fit but afaik they are very very expensive! Due to marketing rights with Disney costumes tend to be cheap £50 jobs, homemade (501st screen accurate) or £1000+!

Don't ask me how I know all this, just accept I am a sad sad man

Friend of mine is a member of this lot.

Might be worth asking on their forum? (Or I could pass on your query I suppose.)

Some of them look a little bit short for storm troopers.

Both myself and Mattbee know the guy who makes all of them.
He's had a few tangles with the studios over the years but won the case a while back.
Pretty sure Mattbee has his contact details.

Really first rate stuff. Some assembly required.

I often drive past this place and they've usually got Stormtroopers outfits on display:

Thats a problem no matter what suit of armour you're wearing. You need one of these

He's missing an opportunity if he doesn't turn these into motorcycle helmets. 🙂

Jedi robe was my first thought too. Just under a grand for theirs.

The people I know who regularly dress up as stormtroopers all built theirs from scratch though.

I used to work with a girl who confessed on a work night out that she had a strange obsession with Stormtroopers. As a result her secret santa was a cheap plastic Stormtrooper's mask and even that caused unnecessariness that you wouldn't believe.

A full on, screen perfect stormtrooper costume - she'd had been like a submarine with louvre doors.

Check out the Replica Prop Forum too, loads of advice on there

If I wasn't fat, I'd go for the At-At driver myself but White is not slimming
