I've managed to press 100 litres and have just pitched my cultured yeast. Hoping for a long cool ferment. Waiting to hear the gurgles...

Yes pressed mine a couple of weeks ago. Some nice high tannin apples. How long do you wait to rack off. Last time I did it over christmass and it turned out alright.
