Never ridden any type of motorbike so would have to be complete novice, but really want to have a go at motorcross. Have found a few places but all seem at least 3 hours away, anyone done it Surrey/Sussex ish way?
Ta, have contacted Golding Barn but a)their website is ancient and b)was hoping for a bit less than that!
Personal experiences preferred please!

The Yamaha Experience are a great bunch of guys and Golding Barn is a great track.
I've done the yamaha experience. It's a great day out and you get a choice of bikes and plenty of track time.
Pick any of your local footpaths or bridleways... That's what most people do round here. 🙁
Not got any mates who ride? A few of my friends have been introduced to MX through me just loaning them some gear and my bike and going with them to a local track ( usually mid-week when it's quieter ).
