Slightly OT but someone out there might have some useful knowledge.
A band I'm production managing for want to include 2 halfpipes/miniramps in the stage so that there can be skaters on the ramps whilst they play. This is all fine except nowhere near my area of expertise. I don't really fancy having the set boys build customs as this stage is only going to be used for 3 shows but am struggling to get any info off anyone on how to do this.so.....
have any of you had any experience of hiring ramps. I've sent emails to several companies that I've found on google but have no way of knowing if they're any good, reliable etc. Everything will have to work to tight deadlines so Id rather get a recommendation than just cross my fingers
