it was my first one and really enjoyed it, interested to know if anyones done one before and how this one compared as there was a lot of ankle injuries mostly down to the conditions (very muddy) and not very good footwear ! a lot of people were wearing normal trainers with bugger all grip and going nowhere, it was mud from start to finish, 12 miles of it, as i was going round i was thinking epping is bad but never this bad !
